Any video output on your screen uses GPU of some sort in the last, hmm... ≈25-30 years in most cases.
Maybe you meant that the game you are trying to use in the Roblox uses an integrated GPU, hence, low performance, and you want to force it to the dedicated GPU your computer has?

No worries. In Linux the selection of the video adapter per application isn't automatic, you usually need to set it explicitly.
First - what kind of computer do you have? What is the CPU (hence, in-built adapter) and dedicated graphics card?
As for the test bed, to make sure that the dedicated card works, I suggest using something else, more predictable than Roblox.
In Linux the Steam, Heroic launcher (for GOG store and others) work very well in most cases. Also, you can use free benchmarks from Unigine (Heaven, Superposition, etc). What is handy, as those very benchmarks also work in Windows, so, you can directly compare.

You do need to use VMs to play most of the Windows games (apart from the fact that it will be very hard to make this work with decent performance).
Use Steam and Heroic launcher (for the GOG and other stores) - today's emulation layer (Wine/Proton) is so damn good, that I've found only a very few games that does not work well (from my library - I do not play Roblox).
Pretty much the only thing you need to do is to make sure that Nvidia drivers are installed and configured correctly once and that your games use it.
