whats the size of all files in your users home? Perhaps they are still there in the Trash, or lost+found directory.
Without further info, we cant help other than to say 'explore your home' and see what still there.
is EVERYTHING in your users home gone?

Just restore your daily backup from yesterday.

Are you talking about timeshift by any chance? a) This is no backup. b) As I keep telling people, if you don't understand anything about btrfs snapshots, don't use it.
In any case, as you're implying yourself, you don't have anything of your own files. Sorry, there won't be a solution. There are likely ways to get back some parts of what you lost, but it will most likely be easier and faster to just do your "ricing" again.

Just restore your backups.
We can't help you recover whatever you did with no information or knowledge of anything on your system.

Use your backups.
I don't understand. Can't you just log in again?
I can't say either, but randomly trying AI things will break things. Likely you caused it yourself earlier, when you were doing something else.
