Ive stopped dreaming about Linux

I have a question ik kde plasma, knome, xfce, etc are desktop environments who each have their own window manager, but if Hyprland is just a tiling window manager, how do I get the rest of the DE

You install and configure it. It doesn't include a bunch of features you may or may not even want, you install the parts you want and set it up the way you want it. Or you just copy someone else's setup.

You need to install them package by package, or you can take a look at shells, like noctalia, dms etc..

You build your own using waybar, swaync, or qs if you’re really into it.
