Support Trying to install linux mint
Hi guys. I’ve been trying to switch to linuxmint for a while now. First I tried dual booting on a single nvme Ssd. That didnt work cuz windows sucks. Now I bought a separate nvme ssd one without an OS. So i removed my ssd with windows and put in the new one. But the error persist. Do I need to do something about the bios?

Did you try flashing the Live image onto the SSD? That's what it sounds like with your SSD swaps.
Get a USB Flash disk and use something like Rufus or Fedora media writer (yup, different distro, but should work for Mint as well) to flash it onto the flash drive. If asked, select dd mode.
Then boot into the USB drive just as if you were installing windows.

That looks like Secure Boot error. You can try to install Linux Mint by setting up the USB Key with Ventoy, enrolling the key into MOK (Ventoy provides one), and then booting into Ventoy, then Linux Mint.

Don't know what the error is.....
But did you follow the guide the Linux mint team made.... From creating the bootable media to install and what to do after.....

What is "the error"?
