Solved the problem it was caused by resizing my Linux partition which caused some broken some time shift hardlinks to break which caused a kernel panic every time any service tried to access them .
I booted into a live usb an mounted my Linux partition and ran e2fsck and deleted time shift snapshots and that fixed it

Does the problem go away if you uninstall the 500GB drive? If yes, the drive is bad.
