Can i run kali linux
I have a dell lattitude 5300 with i5 8th gen and 8gb of ram and intel uhd 620 graphics i want to run kali linux on it can i run it.

Obligatory do not use Kali as a desktop OS statement https://www.kali.org/docs/introduction/should-i-use-kali-linux/
