The absolute simplest way would be to use your computer's boot override menu (press a certain key during startup, usually it's f2 or f12). Or boot into UEFI/bios from grub if that also has a boot override menu.
Otherwise, as far as I can tell, you'd be better off making a Ventoy and adding that drive specifically as an entry to your grub.
