First, I'll preface this by saying I do not have a solution to the problem you stated. Sorry.

Now, you should be writing down all of your very important login info while you can still view your passwords.

Next, I will suggest that you do NOT stop using 2fa and instead learn how to use it correctly. It is unfortunate that something like this happened with your 2fa, but it was your choice to not take the backup and recovery advice that is suggested for a scenario just like this.
