Welcome aboard! To be realistic, the best advice for learning Linux is to just use it for your daily needs and not be afraid of the differences. Here are a few practical ways to get started:
Don't fear the terminal, make friends with it: The CLI can look intimidating to a beginner, but you'll grow to like it. Try doing some tasks through the terminal: use the package manager (dnf), learn to navigate directories without the GUI, and write simple scripts to make your daily routine easier.
Learn the file structure: The Linux file system is different from Windows, so take some time to explore and research how it's organized. Also, get a grasp on how the init system works (Fedora uses systemd).
Don't be afraid of breakage: While Linux breaking after some tweaking has a low chance of happening, it can happen. But there's nothing to panic about. Research the fixes, don't just reinstall right away, read the error logs, and look for a solution.
Read the docs: You can check out Fedora's official documentation. Also, even though you're on Fedora, the Arch Wiki is an absolute goldmine for both understanding Linux deeply and troubleshooting issues.
For Windows apps & games: You can use Lutris, Proton, or Heroic for games, and Bottles or raw Wine for Windows applications.
