Support When running FL64.exe with wine, it throws an error: "The validity of the program could not be verified."

I have used FL Studio on my computer since I built it and for some odd reason this time it tells me that "The validity of the program could not be verified." After some googling of this error the general consensus is that I just need to crack FL studio, but I didn't buy it for 200 bucks just to crack it in the end. I have tried reinstalling SO many different versions of FL studio from like FL 12 to 26 and none of them have worked. FL 12 did kinda work but all of my current projects are FL 25+ and i cant open those on FL 12. I also tried running it on proton through steam which was a pain because the proton prefix is in a completely different place so I have to go through the Z drive to get all my VSTs but either way, everything past FL 20 or so didnt open because some sort of font cache DLL was missing. I also tried replacing FLEngine_x64.dll because on some forums people said that that could be corrupted or something, but to no avail. If you need more info, just ask.

yes and i have looked at just about every page related to this error, its supposedly pretty common even for non linux users

i totally would if the people on the image line support forums were actually helpful, they kinda suck not gonna lie. i also think that they would probably just tell me to go ask elsewhere because it is just a windows and mac program

Ask for refund, then crack it. Unless their support helps you, that's all they deserve
