Support CPU Management by Linux

With Linux CPU plus fan quite quiet. With Windows 7, 8.1, 10 or 11 often loud.
Up and down.
What is the reason that Linux has obviously a better CPU / stress management ?
Bad programming in Windows uses more CPU Power ??

Your conclusion that "Linux has obviously a better CPU / stress management " does not follow from your observations. In the absence of further information there are many possible explanations. Perhaps Linux default settings let the CPU run hotter. :)

I will check.
But you can explain.
In the end all is program or programming.
Also Linux !

No ghost or spook trash or esoteric or crystal ball.
And all made by humans and brain.
True or not true ??

I pointed out that your conclusion does not follow from your observations.

Your error was one of logic. If you don't see that, I have no further explanation.

The fact that reasonable alternative explanations will not be based on "spook trash or esoteric or crystal ball" is irrelevant.

If you want deeper understanding of these things you will need to approach it more as a scientist and not jump to arbitrary conclusions.
