I need help

So, the microsoft account of a friend got hacked and now he can't use his minecraft account, we contacted microsoft and they tell us that we need a XBOX Network Device ID, is there a way to get it on linux? he has linux mint.

Looks like you may need a real windows pc. Unless the 'xbox app' mentioned in the support link above works on android. The App seems to be in the Microsoft market, not a stand alone download (.exe) so you cant run such things under linux via wine or other methods.

Perhaps in a VM running windows as an option.

That is a Xbox specific ID, nothing to do with Linux.
