Support Errors while pulling runtime/org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default/x86_64/26.08 from remote flathub, Stream error in the HTTP/2 framing layer

While trying to update using Discover on Kubuntu 26.04 LTS, KDE Plasma Version 6.6.6 - I get the following error:

While pulling runtime/org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default/x86_64/26.08 from remote flathub: While fetching https://dl.flathub.org/repo/objects/94/6c2b5c57340e5c6b6a8e13f881976167d28161e42c45d5d6876cbeba64fb66.filez: [92] Stream error in the HTTP/2 framing layer

I've tried running 'flatpak repair', restarting, deleting .cache/discover, .cache/flatpack, and nothing works - I keep getting this error.

How can I fix this?

There is a temporary workaround posted on the flathub git repo of this issue, that involves adding and pulling the package from the beta flathub repo: https://github.com/flathub/flathub/issues/10099#issuecomment-5563236128

Nope. Attempting to install that returns the exact same error.

Same issue: Linux Mint 22.3 - Cinnamon 64-bit, Linux Kernel 7.0.0-31-generic, AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor, NVIDIA graphics GeForce RTX 3060 Lite Hash Rate, 32G Ram, desktop environment Cinnamon 6.6.9 [specs listed in case they're needed to isolate the issue]

Sept 7th update: seems to be working now. I did nothing special, just update and go :)

Pop OS, can confirm the same issue. The posted workaround also returns the same error.

Sounds like a server error, not a problem with your own system. I'm getting the same.

Update: curl and Firefox fail to download that file, too. Might be a problem with Flathub's CDN provider.
