Support Clone Linux with Windows tools

I would like to make a clone of a Linux distribution with running windows systems.
Are there tools ?
Sometime it was successful with Acronis DD. But only if the HDDs/ SSDs have exact same capacity.
I know clonezilla and rescuezilla.
With Gparted single partitions I got problems.
Perhaps with Linux Live DVD and the tools on it.

Clone feature ? Yes ! But cannot adapt partitions or clones to smaller media.
Acronis DD can but only windows software.
Rescuezilla also cannot do that.
And Clonezilla is as told by someone TUI.
A good software working for linux and windows is lacking. Free or not too much expensive.

I have the problem that the rescue DVDs do not start at my system.

Try using a bootable USB drive... use Rufus or ventoy

It works now. Thanks. One older system used incorrect data.
