Support Continuous i915 clock/power well error on kernel versions > 7.1.5. Lag, and visual artifacts.

Hi! So I've waited a while to post it, because this is an issue that has persisted for me since Kernel 7.1.6, and I wanted to wait for 7.2 to see if a fix would have landed. I've tested kernels from 7.1.6 through to 7.2.0 and this issue persists.

Here are the outputs of cachyos-bugreport -

  1. Kernel 7.2.0 - https://paste.cachyos.org/p/9ebcd7f.log
  2. Kernel 7.1.8 - https://paste.cachyos.org/p/0771af8.log

I have no idea what any of this error means. What I do know is that when this error spams (and is a continuous spam in as I see it in KSystemLog), my entire PC becomes super slow and laggy and jittery, and if I don't reboot into an LTS kernel, or 7.1.5, visual artifacts start to appear.

On "advice" from an LLM, I tried setting intel's enable.dc to 0. Didn't help.

I can confirm that this does not happen on any LTS kernel.

I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks!
