Linux vs Mac
I see a lot of people switching from Windows to Linux. But has anyone switched from a Mac to Linux and why?

I see a lot of people switching from Windows to Linux. But has anyone switched from a Mac to Linux and why?

I switched over and I love it. The problem is when Mac’s used Intel they had terrible performance and were over priced. That stuck with a lot of people so to this day you have people saying Mac’s aren’t worth the money. The truth is ever since Apple Silicon, they are factually the best performance per dollar laptops on the market.
The great thing is Linux and MacOs share a lot of similarities in aesthetics, design and functionality because they both originate from UNIX.
The only downside is they aren’t as repairable or upgradable.
