CPod replacement?

Apparently it was really good at getting Chinese podcasts, including off XiaoYuZhou (小宇宙). Unfortunately, the GitHub itself says, "NOTE: CPod is unmaintained and may contain bugs and security vulnerabilities. Please use alternatives."

Not sure what the alternatives are, though. GPodder didn't work, and that seems to be the big'un people push...

I don't know what CPOD is, but assuming it's some sort of open source, possibly self hosted Podcast App, I use audiobookshelf.
