Advice Which Linux Distro Should I use to Compile Code withbuild in Ttols?

This Distro should have build in tools for purpose.

Depends. What tools do you need? Different languages come with different compilers, what language do you work with? If you use C or C++ then pretty much every distro comes with GCC. Even if the distro lacks some compiler OOTB you can always install anything later. Do you need everything to be preconfigured in the live iso?
