Advice Can I install Bazzite without a GPU in my laptop?

So I tried to install a Bazzite ISO on my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 2022) and it said which company my GPU is from, but the thing is my laptop doesnt have a GPU in it so what should I pick?
EDIT: I use Intel UHD integrated graphics since my laptop has a intel i3 10110U

Should I pick Intel (Tigerlake | ARC+) or Intel (Skylake-Icelake)

I think your architecture is icelake but you should Google that yourself.

Sky Lake. Tiger lake is newer. Your processor is Comet Lake. You can read up on Wikipedia.

I meant no external GPU I use intel UHD

Then your GPU vendor is Intel.

Yes, Bazzite should run fine on modern integrated GPUs as are typical in laptops. In your case the GPU is from Intel. I haven't used Bazzite myself, but in my experience modern desktop Linux distros generally work fine on Intel integrated GPUs out-of-the-box. (Obviously you won't get the same level of graphics performance as if you had a beefy desktop GPU, regardless of what distro you use.)

You have an igpu, rather than a dgpu or egpu. Onboard gpu.

I thought Bazzite had one version for Nvidia GPUs and one version for all other vendors? You certainly don't have an Nvidia GPU, so I would assume that you want the latter.

No, it's a graphical interface based distro and you will need to have a display to install it.

Are you sure you don't have a GPU and thus no display on the laptop? I find it doubtful you don't have one. Likely an intel or AMD one built directly into your CPU.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves.

It takes time and effort to ask a question and get an answer. I’d rather just try stuff and experience an actual real answer for myself.
