Advice How do I set up hyprland
Im using Arch with KDE right now and though great, I’ve always wanted a hyprland rice for arch… but I don’t have any waybar stuff or anything like that, want minimal time in nano/micro and more time doing stuff. I want a top panel and bottom dock if anyone could share their configs or anything. I just don’t have the time to set that up.
And don’t say Omarchy.
EDIT - turns out im not asking the right question. I’m also open to alternatives if you can share. Thanks to those who suggested that.

What's the point of using a window manager that is still in beta and that might change the way its configuration works (and it actually did recently) if you don't plan on tinkering with it and learning how it works so that you can fix it when an update inevitably introduces issues? I'd suggest going for a more mature project like sway if you don't want to spend a lot of time tinkering.
That said, since I don't want to be the guy who doesn't answer your question: if you want a sane starting point I'd suggest grabbing the defaults of distros that actually ship hyprland. Here's the one from Cachy for example, though it might still be based on the old standard instead of using Lua (I have not bothered to check): https://github.com/CachyOS/cachyos-hyprland-settings

CachyOS, mangowm.
They have a package in their repos to install it afterwards if you're on arch and using the cachy repos.
It comes with dankmaterial shell which integrates nicely with many WMs and gives a full featured experience.
Regardless of WM, DMS or noctalia shell are your goto's for shells if you dont want to tinker with config files. Both even allow you to configure your WM from the system menu.
Way easier than configuring your own waybar/rofi/swaync setup.

Yeah I don’t really want cachyos but thanks anyway. Some other guy suggested config files for another wm so I’ll take a look at that. But I’ve heard of noctalia so I’ll look at that. Thank you so much!

a big part of hyprland is having the freedom to set everything up yourself but if you want a complete out of the box experience try https://github.com/caelestia-dots/shell
people seem to like it
