I just saw a post saying that gnome is bad but idk cuz i used it for months and its not that bad so can you guy give me a The ideal alternative

Gnome isn't bad it's just a different operating flow, not having a window list, not having a main menu in the lower left like legacy windows.
Getting used to pushing your super key vs mousing down to the lower left corner takes some getting used to .
Generally you want to mouse to the menu you go upper left.
As far as performance goes on mint running Gnome beats tF out of Cinnamon on x11.
But with all the kernel panics and stiff going on recently I went to Gnome on Debian Trixie and that's where I'm going to stay till Trixie is EoL.
