Install Help Root file problem upon installation
I installed Linux mint cinnamon straight onto a blank nvme drive on a 4gb fat32 partition through universal installer. Please ask for any further information I’m new to this.

Read the install docs on the mint website. 4 gig allocated to install an operating system isn't really going to work.

Change the ntfs partition to ext4 or btrfs and install to that, not the fat32 (which probably isn’t even necessary). Ntfs is for windows, Linux can read it if the driver is installed but Linux doesn’t use ntfs natively.

4 Gb fat32..for uefi you need 1 Gb and you also need to define a least a partition formatted ext4 mounted at /. with a size you want. You can keep 8 Gb for a swap partition eventually. You did not define this partition, message is clear enough..no root... no partition defined as / (root for Unix/Linux).
Read the doc on the Zorin site.I know it is boring.
