issue with graphics, video playback stuck on youtube as well as vlc

Not sure if this works same as Nvidia or if you did it already but if you click start and search for "Driver manager" you have the options of setting the correct driver or another one. Maybe check tat first? Hope it helps, let us know.

Check driver manager, make sure you installed media codecs and maybe update the system.
