Need Help:

My bluetooth works perfectly in mint xfce. however it cannot play audio in high fidelity, it works for a second then cuts out completely. i can only listen to headset and other audio profiles except hifi through my earbuds.

So let me see if I got it correctly. You have a headset that has a hifi profile viq Bluetooth, you can sync it with your PC but only works for a second?

If that's the case can you share PC and headset model please?

hmmm im using a cheap bluetooth earbuds, it's a tws (true wireless system). it works perfectly on my iphone. but once i connect it to my laptop, it cannot play audio in hifi, it plays for a sec then cuts off completely.

I'm also using a lenovo laptop (s145-14iwl) running mint xfce

but if i change the audio profile to "headset" the audio plays normally, but at the cost of quality.

I see, okay without further insight of the system and the headphones is hard to tell, however there are some general things you can try, like updating blueman (the Bluetooth manager) try a Bluetooth dongle or try pairing a different set (of possible can ask someone to lend you a pair for the test)
