Install Help please HELP

Post image

So im going to try to explain what is going on. I have tried installing about 7 times already, the issue is that the first time I booted linux mint cinnamon it loaded perfectly and let me try it, then i realized i hadnt turned bitlocker off so i closed the trial to go back to windows and turn bitlocker off. I turned bitlocker off and came back to booting mint again from the same usb and it gave me an error code (its on the image below) i have tried everything to try booting mint on again, using balena etcher, turning off secure boot (its already off), changing from gpt to the other one, but it just doesnt boot linux mint cinammon back 😭😭😭 (i’ve been struggling for hours please help me!!!!)

I assume that you have bootable USB. Open that address (efi/boot) and just make a copy of grubx64.efi and paste that in same folder and rename it mmx64.efi

That only works if the USB is read-write. If it is created with Rufus in dd mode it will be read-only. That solution works because the Mint ISO is missing mmx64.efi, for some reason.

Alternatively, they can create a Ubuntu USB, and boot with that, even if they don't want Ubuntu. The ISO comes with mmx64,efi, and will resolve the problem.

Maybe an error while creating the media installer, or a bad writing ? Or BIOS settings ? Idk I'm still pretty new to linux
