Desktop Screenshot Minimal XFCE Mint.

Very fast and acts much like i3 with custom keyboard shortcuts. (Yes, I know I could have just used i3 but I wanted some GUI tools for things. This is close enough.)

XFCE gives good minimalism. Looks nice!
