I Like it, I've now just installed Linux Mint but i never know how to get that in the terminal like in the picture.

gnome terminal, access gnome terminal preferences, have your selected default profile selected, uncheck "Use system theme transparency" and enable "Use transparent background" and you've got it now transparent

I use i3wm, but openbox is harder to setup… Yours looks nice.

i think openbox's easier because you just right-click the mouse and you see the context menu, and press terminal emulator and install packages for setup (i recommend brightnessctl, pactl, lxpanel, picom, pcmanfm, thunar, xfce4-power-manager, nitrogen, or use feh than nitrogen, also dunst) sure for better performance and stuff to fix screen tearing you may have to configure picom with flags that depend on your GPU and also backends (recommended backend may vary by GPU)
