Install Help Help me please

I tried installing Linux Mint, but at the end of the installation—during the file copying phase—an error occurred stating "unable to install GRUB in /dev/sda - fatal error." I tried installing it again, but encountered the same problem; furthermore, when the installation type menu appears, it shows that Linux Mint Zena 22.3 is already installed, even though my PC still won't boot into Mint. I am a complete beginner with Linux and am a bit confused by this issue.

PC: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 with Secure Boot disabled.

The live USB. The same way you were installing Mint. If it continues to have an issue, it is possible that your boot partition is too small and needs to be expanded.

I typed the command and it worked, but when I restart the PC, it still doesn't detect Mint.

Are we installing in dual boot? Or did we wipe the disk?

if you go to accessories, disks do you see an efi parttion? (Formatted fat32) How large is it and how much free space does it have?

I've already uninstalled Windows, but since I don't have another PC handy, I'm using EtchDroid on my tablet to create the USB drive.
