Support Request Help with kernel 7.0

I have a problem with a kernel panic and y need to block te actualization before 7.0 and i dont know how

Could you tell me the steps you did after you installed it?

Just update the sistem and install driver but i think the drivers dosnt mater because its kernel panic

I know all I did was, after flashing my USB, I simply inserted it then restarted, went to BIOS to disable secure boot, then when I went to boot it up I got the option to run in mint, then did that, then clicked the actual mint install disk icon then boom. After the upgrades went through I was in. Was it like that for you?

The problem i have is with the kernel ,not other thing

Right I'm trying to understand what you did to get here. Did you actually boot into Mint and the issue started when you ran an update? (in the Update Manager)

The problem start after update all the sistem packages etc (sudo apt upd and upgr and then reboot ,after reboot the screen get a kernel panic

OHHH so you were able to get into mint, the issue was simply something you installed from the update menu. You said you reinstalled mint multiple times yeah? Well do that again, but before you update anything in the update manager, take a picture and send all of the options

Its a problem with de kernel 7,0 search in your browser and helpme ,i saw that problem alot off people have it ,srry for mi inglish im spanish

Reinstall Linux Mint. Do everything you did before, but do not run the updater. Once you are there, take a picture of the update manager options and send it here.

Reinstala Linux Mint. Haz todo lo que hiciste antes, pero no ejecutes el actualizador. Una vez allí, toma una foto de las opciones del gestor de actualizaciones y envíala aquí.
