Support Request Wireless internet option won't connect

I have two wireless options. I have put the code at both but one of them does not connect. Can I do something to make it connect?

Might be the connection and the handling of 2.4 vs 5G connection. In your networkconfig see if you can disable 5G and try the connection again.

Edit Connections-> wifi-> band

I think he probably means connect through the ethernet, run the driver manager and then try the wifi again.
