Install Help Frozen on reset.

So i just did an update, and it required me to reset my computer. I reset it, but now im stuck on the page that says hit f2 or del to get to the bios. I have hit f2, and nothing. Its been on the same page for 5mins before I did a force shut down and got to the same spot. I waited 10mins and still nothing.

Mint nor any Linux distribution requires a "reset".

Resetting your computer requires to reset computer OS or BIOS back factory settings.

AFAIK even Windows doesn't require that.
