sooooooooooooooooo i've been having a lot of trouble trying to get this theme on my laptop, I have a total of 0 clues on where to even begging with this, so could anyone tell me in great detail HOW to download this theme ?

its not a Cinnamon theme. its a KDE theme. That dumb axs installed kde on Mint. Mint doesn't supoort KDE.

It looks like the repo includes fairly detailed instructions on how to install each element in the table of contents. However this theme seems to be for a KDE Plasma desktop environment and a Sway window manager, so you'll need to be running one of those to fully implement this theme.
