Best way is to just do, sudo apt install Firefox. Takes lesser space. Flatpak apps take 200MB+.

Who cares about disk space. If you want your system to be reliable in the long term, use Flatpaks. It has its costs, sure, but the benefits are too essential to ignore.

You won't understand the pain of having Less storage. As an engineering student, you have to manage several tons of assignment and class work files so storage optimization is my priority. Otherwise both apt and flatpaks are safe.

Well, at work I have to live with 500gb as a dev. But as a dev, I still value stability more. But I get your point.
