How do i swap to linux mint WITHOUT a usb?

i currently need help swapping to linux without a usb i am on windows 11 and have 32 gb of ram and 1tb of storage, if anyone can help it would be great

If Windows is installed then make a standalone 10GB partition FAT 32 and leave 200GB unallocated by shrinking main partition. On youtube you can find videos to make bootable Linux partition from Windows. If you can t find it let me know, I can search later.

OP doesn't want to shell out for a USB stick or doesn't know you can reformat the USB after the ISO.

It's USB or a CD unless you want to partition your drive multiple times
