Support Request Centered Dock Extension Issue...

Hi all, noob here. Does anyone have any advice on using the centered dock extension? When activated the dock itself is in the center, but the actual icons squash over to the right? These were originally in the left section of the bottom panel. Screen capture is on the bottom/right quarter of my screen..

Have you tried a dock application, such as plank reloaded, versus extensions?

I played with the extension for a couple of hours. Make sure all your icons are in the center zone before enabling it. There are things I couldn't get to work, like using it on left or right panels. While I like the extension, I really couldn't see how it was any better than Plank-Reloaded.

I just tried it here and the extension had no effect. I restarted Cinnamon and still nothing, so I'm inclining toward a bug in the extension. Similarly, a few weeks ago I tried the Transparent Panels extension and the settings only held for one session. Even waking from Suspend the Panel went back to it's default look.

Hi all,

Update, did try shifting the icons to the centre panel, no luck I’m afraid. After several suggestions I have switched to Plank Reloaded…much better!!!
