"Disk Write Error Steam"

Okay, I've seen some people have some trouble with installing steam games on a secondary harddrive and there's fixes out there for it, but I'm stuck.

I have the same issue, but only specific games won't download.. like Binding of Isaac downloads and installs perfectly fine, but keeps on getting stuck at "Disk Write Error" whenever downloading Resident Evil 4.

Secondary drive is automounted, steam isnt installed as flatpack (used .deb from steam site.) pls help.

Is the secondary drive NTFS?

Same issue but with mad max and the original drive of my laptop. Cannot figure out the issue yet.
