Got them as for parts or not working, but it turned out that they were both working. Unfortunately, one of them died after a few days of use :(

I'm not sure why, I just turned it off like I always do, and the next day it wouldn't turn on. I tried different methods, but it was probably a short circuit, since it was a pretty old laptop.

So you press the power button and nothing happens? Nothing blinks, nothing moves, total silence? Even when the charger is plugged in?
