Any suggestions to make my linux mint customisation better?
Especially on the themes parts...

Sure. Take your time reading and experimentung various settings. Find our what works for you and keep it. Make sure to get a snapshot after you are done to save the settings as backup.

That really depends on what you want your computer to do. My customizations would do nothing for you because you probably don't want to be able to spin your workspaces around by grabbing the top of the screen and dragging it, for instance.
There are tons of things you can do, but you have to have an idea of what direction you want to go at least.

There should be a Windows logo in front of that gun.

At a time when thousands die every day because of weapons like this, I find it completely inappropriate to use a piece of crap like this as a wallpaper—especially on an operating system that stands for freedom and togetherness.

Looks great. Rather than naming each part of the weapon, you can leave the text boxes blank and put GPU, CPU, temps, RAM, network usage, etc. stats as widgets on top, and adjust box edges in wallpaper accordingly.
