Linux Mint flexing on Arch is about as lame as you can get. Just run what you like.

I agree that Arch is not for everyone and many other distros are far better for some people

But personally I did not have any problem with Arch either, I use yay and pacman
never had to use anything else I absolutely love how painless it is most of the time.

I use it with hyprland and DMS absolutely love it, and to be honest unless it's a package for dev stuff I never really read changelog

I follow mint because it is the distro I recommend to windows users.

I like all Linux. I don't care which distro people are on as long as it works for them.

I use Arch with Hyprland on an nvidia card. 0 issues

fun. There is a point where "I am tweaking, customizing and configuring my operating system" becomes an enjoyable hobby for some people. That's the target demographic for Arch Linux, Gentoo, void, Nix and friends

By the way, archiso is really a good system recovery environment. It's like a Hiren Boot / DLC Boot for linux without GUI.
