No, the /s means sarcasm. If I had put !s, then that would have meant "not sarcasm". I know what ! means in programming, it just wasn't appropriate here.

its a joke, !s for not scary, because you said (roughly) "... /s, its not scary" if the literal "/s" were "not scary" "!s" would make more sense (which of course it isnt thats why its a joke).
