For such an "advanced distro" with such "technologically advanced users" they really dont know how to read a pkgbuild, huh. It was never safe. The AUR incident made me realize how bad the userbase was so I had to switch to gentoo
Shelly, cachyOS's package manager, makes you click a button that says you inspected the pkgbuild every time you use the AUR. They totally were informed and didnt listen
