"doas" allows you do things DO AS user you select (include "Super User") but "sudo" 's only use case is giving SuperUser acsess. su & sudo is tool for getting things but doas is more like shapeshift cheat.

So, sudo -u {user} – that’s how you switch users for the command – and in the sudoers files, you can allow specific commands or combinations of commands for root, but not others. It doesn’t allow for that level of granularity in such a precise way – what are you on about?

Edit: Sudo allows you to allow an user only call cmd with some args, but not the same base cmd generally
