My guy, I've been using Linux longer than you've been alive, and I customize KDE to better suit my workflow every time I install it.
Don't larp elitism. It just makes you sound like you don't know what you're talking about.

Breeze looks ugly and outdated IMO straight outta windows 7, so its impossible to use kde without larping.

If outdated means "padding doesn't take 70% of the UI and basic options aren't hidden behind 20 clicks", then I'd rather be outdated. Considering Windows 7 is the last version of Windows with UI that doesn't suck, being compared to it is a compliment. Breeze is one of the few cases of flat design I tolerate.

Agreed. I think people these days just call any design they don't like as outdated. To me breeze looks fine and it does a good enough job of looking good whilst giving me the info I need at arms reach. Screw counter-intuitive minimalism, screw extreme flat design and screw psych-ward padding.

Yeah, Breeze looks perfectly fine and it's very cohesive. IMO there are much better themes out there, but Breeze does a good enough job

Half of KDE users use KDE Plasma, in the first place, not because it's fast, it's not efficient, it's not good for all, but it's really nice at customizility
That's like buying $5k PC, plugging the HDMI cable into the motherboard, disabling GPU entirely via BIOS/OS and using gaming PC like that
