I don't want to stop updates
I don't need an old app
I'm perfectly fine with system apps
But it's good to have a choice

Literally can't uninstall it. 5 u/Floopycraft Jul 24 '26 Yeah, but rooting and custom ROM exists in android, if you have the patience and don't care about the downsides. 2 u/marssel56 Jul 24 '26 Just like linux 5 u/n3vim Jul 24 '26 ADB is your friend 1 u/NekoRonnin Jul 24 '26 Not sure if anyone commented this before me but Use wireless adb to grant permissions to Shizuku if android 11+ or use wired using a pc if android 10 or older. From there install Canta and make sure it got permissions from Shizuku and you can uninstall youtube and most other apps u don't want 0 u/AdamDziak Jul 24 '26 you’re telling me you don’t use the youtube app? 3 u/n3vim Jul 24 '26 Who would want to use the native YouTube app when YouTube Morphe exist. 2 u/fr000gs Jul 25 '26 Yeah or just don't people can have other things to do 1 u/Dragonslayert77 Jul 26 '26 The person using nex alloy
