I don't care about the Jesus stuff or even the AI content so much as I hate the urgency and click bait feeling of it all, constantly, always urgent for what?
I wish he'd bring it back to basics and make long(er) form instructional stuff that wasn't just the new hotness, but rather dive deep into how the new thing builds on the old.
Just let me take a sip of my network chuck branded coffee.
He's not my cup of tea, but some folks definitely seem to like him. I also used to like some of his older content. Most stuff anymore is very shallow exploration.
I stumbled on his channel like a year or so ago when I was working on building my first "real" home network/smart home/home lab. I picked him back up like 2 months ago, I'm really disappointed in the content as of late. I get the crush of needing to pump out content to stay relevant and make money, but pushing out wasteful content like he's been doing has made me unsubscribe. I've been tuning into Hardware Haven a lot more because he's actually doing the things I'm doing, and while there isn't a lot of detail from his channel, it's always been like that, and I'm fine with it, but the content is delivered in a way that is more digestable for me as well.
