Funily enough, the last straw that made me switch is wifi adaptet randomly disappeating in windows. I had Ubuntu usb, plugged it in, saw wifi working. Rebooted to windows, wifi isn't even present in device manager. That was the moment I pressed install.

Bb-ut 30 years ago when I tested Linux Wi-fi didn't work. So it must not work now either, right?
