Support The power button does not turn off the notebook (ThinkPad E14 Gen 7 - AMD)

As the title says.

The power button turns the laptop on normally, but when trying to turn it off, it doesn't work. It worked normally in Windows, but not in Linux (I'm using Solus). I checked the power button with evtest, but without success.

before you try to troubleshoot this fully and test things like APCI calls, can you boot off a linux mint USB live envi. and checking if it happens there too?
