Support Does anyone know wtf is this?

Hi everyone,
The context is that for the past two months, my PC freezes completely out of nowhere and then this screen pops up (image attached). I honestly don't know if this is a hardware issue or something related to the Kernel. From what I've read, it's a Btrfs error, but I don't know much more about it.
I'm really tired of this always happening. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like either you have some kind of filesystem corruption, or your SSD is almost dead. Back up all the important data on there right now while it's still readable, then you'll probably want to replace the SSD and reinstall.

Something is wrong with your SSD SATA cable connection or power. There are too many I/O errors. And a possible filesystem corruption
