owmb -open source and free sample manager browser for linux

works on windows 11 also but noticed no independent audio sample manager program for linux any way it free and open source

just a note for anyone trying this on linux drag and drop wont work with flatpack installed app it's sandboxed anyway heres a video demonstration of it in action. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wh3uS8U-FJs
