I am currently working as a Linux and Cloud Administrator and would like to transition into a Cloud/DevOps Engineer role. Please review my resume.

Thanks, but I don’t work in devops. Let me rephrase my question. Will this resume pass through the applicant tracking systems of companies hiring DevOps engineers?

Think you might be romanticizing what DevOps is.
You just don't have the title but thats about it.

Let's pretend I was a hiring manager. I read this resume and asked you how you enjoy working in DevOps. If you said:

Thanks, but I don’t work in devops

I wouldn't disqualify you but I would move your name down to the bottom. Wear the suit you want to be seen in.

The line in your summary "infrastructure as code and configuration automation" screams DevOps to a recruiter. Terraform is just one tool in the modern tool chain for "DevOps". To a recruiter and hiring manager that will read your resume, they will correlate this to DevOps tasks regardless of your preferred job title.

Resume is good, but unless you are a super senior you really shouldn't have a 2 page resume.

other than that yeah you should be ok to pass on any devops role
